What types of plans do you offer?

We have different websites depending on your product and your needs. We have an initial plan, with 10 products and 3 designs, for free. Then we have packs from $19 to $99 a month, which include more products, more designs and more features. You can check them here.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, these fees are on a monthly basis. If you prefer, you can pay a 3-month period or a 12-month period, and we can offer you attractive discounts. You will forget to pay monthly fees and you will be able to focus only on your business.

Is there a set up fee?

No, you will only pay a monthly fee.

Is there a free period?

Yes, you can try our products for free during 15 days. In addition, we have an early product that is free and is perfect for first timers.

How do I renew my plan?

Your plan will be automatically renewed for the same period, but you can upgrade or cancel up to 15 days in advance in case you want to improve your plan or do not want to continue.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No, you do not need to enter your credit card details if you do not want to. You can sign up and use our products for free during 15 days. Then, if you want to continue using your website, you will only need to enter the details in a simple way.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes, in your administration page you will have a section called “Plans”, where you will see your current plan and also the other plans available. There you will see an “Upgrade” button that will allow you to upgrade or downgrade the plan depending on your needs.

What other services do you offer, in addition to websites?

Every plan also includes on-line payments and shipping. In addition, you can also register your domain, prepare newsletters, organise all your sales and customers, depending on your plan. Check out all the features here or contact us here.

How do I sell online?

It’s very easy. You will only need to follow these steps: first, you will need to set up your web page and choose a name and a domain name. Second, you will need to set up your payment details in your administration page (with Paypal). Third, you will need to include the shipping costs of the company you prefer. And finally, you just need to tell the world you are online.

Do I need to have a Paypal account?

Yes, Paypal provides the technology to receive cash from the sales. We are currently using Paypal as many internet uses rely on it. However, we are working with other companies and banks to provide you with more alternatives soon.

Do customers need to have a Paypal account?

No, they can pay with credit card using paypal technology without the need to a Paypal account. However, they can pay with their paypal account if they wish to.

Can you help me with the set up of my plan?

Yes, if you have any questions you can contact us here. If you prefer that our team sets up your online shop, includes all the products information, etc. we can do so for a low cost (depending on the number of products and complexity of your webpage).

What languages do you support?

Although we consider every language is important and we want to support as many languages as possible, at the moment, we give support in English and Spanish. If you wish to send inquiries in another language, please feel free to do so although we may need some more time to answer your question. We plan to include more languages to our customer service very soon. Please feel free to drop us an e-mail to ask for a new language so we can work on your language as soon as possible.

What countries do you support?

At the moment our plans can be used in Europe. However, our service is global and we want to support all countries. New countries will be launched soon and we would like to you register in Leanstores so we can add more countries soon.
